On March 18, 1986 L. D. Butterfield, Chairman of the Westinghouse Owners Group (WOG), notified Mr. T. Novak, Acting Director of Licensing PWR-A (NRR), that some utilities may need to request an extension for responding to I.E. Bulletin 85-03 due to the completion date of the generic evaluation performed by Westinghouse for the WOG.           Duquesne Light Company participated with other WOG members in sponsoring this generic study.
