POSSIBLE IrlTERVEllTI0tt 0.'1 THE EXTE! SI0il 0F THE M'.P-2 CP In the af ternoon of October S,1981, I received a phone call from Eugene Rosaler in Portland, Oregon.

I returned this call at my earliest opportunity on October 6th.

During the course of this conversation, I determined that Mr. Rosaler wanted sor.e information related to the extension of the WilP-2 CP on the assumption that I was still the WiiP-2 project manager.

I indicated that R. Auluck was now the P.M.

I also answered a few simple questions whose answers I knew.

Based on his questions, I recognized that he was not familiar with the information in the LPDR. Accordingly, I strongly recommended that he visit the LPDR in Richland, Washington, to become aware of the information available to the public, thereby minimizing the need to either file extensive F0IA requests or to phone the P.fl.

It is my belief that Mr. Rosaler will be part of a group which will petition for a hearing on the WitP-2 CP extension. He indicated that the group will have at least one member in Richland, thereby satisfying one of the requirements for standing in any such hearing.
