We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that all actions have been completed. Enclosed is unilweral modification no. 2 to the subject contract which deobligates funds in the amount of $575.97.

Total payment in the amount of $5,351.55 has been accomplished. All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
