Enclosed is an application (XSNM3823), dated July 22, 2021, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from Edlow International Company. The application requests the export of 60.50 kilograms of uranium enriched up to 19.95 WGT% in uranium-235 (up to 12.07 kg U-235) in the form of metal pieces to Argentina. The material will be fabricated into fuel and targets for medical isotope production and then used in the Comision Nacional de Energia Atomica research reactors RA-3 and RA-6 in Argentina.
