1050 (Oct. 27, 2016). The letter asked NRC to dismiss WCS 2016 license application because it failed to comply with the NWPA.
While other documents from the first WCS proceeding are included in the Amended Certified Index filed Dec. 14, 2021 (Documents ## 1 and 2), the 10/27/16 letter is missing. We plan to cite it in our brief, and therefore we request you to amend the Certified Index to include it.
