I am pleased to submit the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) 2024 Annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Plan. The plan includes the NRC's efforts to strengthen the capacity and competitiveness of HBCUs in pursuing opportunities to participate in Federal programs and initiatives. The NRC's plan is consistent with Executive Order 14041, "White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity Through Historically Black Colleges and Universities,"
