REMARKS: IMC 0612 Appendix E, "Examples of Minor Issues." Updated section 11 minor examples for cybersecurity. Example 11.a was changed to address a violation relating to security control application because of incorrect classification of a CDA. New minor examples were added in the areas of baseline configurations, ongoing monitoring and assessment, removal of unnecessary services and programs, physical access control, and vulnerability management. See ML23227A094 for regional working group comment resolution. Clarified note regarding example 5.c.
