On March 5,1984 we verbally contacted your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency with the installation of curtain fire dampers without proper provisions for thermal expansien. We have previously submitted interim reports logged TXX-4140 and TXX-4188 dated March 30, 1984 and June 4,1984, respectively.
On July 18, 1984 at the CPSES site, we verbally advised your Messrs. Collins, Hunnicutt, Bangart, and Cummins and Mr. Wessman of NRR of our detennination that this item is reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Our evaluation is progressing.. We will submit our fonnal report by August 13, 1984, the date previously established by our letter TXX-4188.
