Prior to unit one fuel load, TUGC0 will augment the present Radiation Protecion Staff with either permanent or contract personnel that meet the ANSI 18.1 criteria and have a minimum of

l If contract technicians are used, the duration of their assignments will be based upon completion of all power escalation activities and tests or six months onsite. As a minimum, a qualified individual will be onsite, twenty-four hours of the day, seven days a week.
Very truly yours, l
