: 1.          NUREG-0797 Supplement No.12 CPSES Safety Evaluation Report i                                                    2. NRC Inspection Report 50-445/84-44 dated January 11, 1985 Gentlemen:
On April 15, 1987, we notified you by cur letter logged TXX-6376 of clarifications to the CPSES Fire Protection Program as they relate to the NRC's SER discussion (Reference 1). These clarifications did not include specific comments which were termed as "less significant". Those comments that were not included are provided in the attached table.
In the April 15, 1987 letter, we also noted that the CPSES Fire Protection Program Review (FPPR) had been incorporated into CPSES Design Basis Documents (DBDs). The CFSES Fire Hazards Analysis (FHA) has also been incorporated into DBDs.        These DBDs are engineering documents and are available onsite for                                        i review. Additionally, we are currently preparing an update to the docketed                                            l FPPR and FHA.
