Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 & $0-368 License Nos. DPR-51 & SPF-6 Semlannual Radiological Effluent Release Report First and Second Quarter of 1992 Gentlemen Arkansas Nuclear One, Unitt 1 and 2 (ANO-2 & 2) Technical Specifications 6.12.2.6 and 6.9.3 respectively, requires the submittal of a Semlannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report. Tne purpose of this letter is to complete this reporting requirement for ANO for the first and second quarter of 1992.
Attachment A provides a summary of the quantities of radioactive liquid and gaseous offluents and the solid waste release report f rom ANO for t he first and second quarters of 199[. A description o the unplaaned releaseduringthefirstandrecondquarterof19R{iscontainedin Attachment B.      A description of ef fluent monitors being inoperable for p            more than 30 days and the ANO corrective actions is provided in i            Attachment C. Attachment D describes changes to the Off site Dose
!            Calculational Manual (ODCM) and Process Control Program that have occurred during this reporting period. Attachment E is the revised            ODCM.
