By your letter dated August 16, 1996, you submitted the subject PANDA Tran-sient Integral withheld from Test publicData Transmittal Reports and requested that they be disclosure.
This request was made in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 and is supported by affidavit executed by Joseph F. Quirk, dated August 15, 1996, which claims in part that the information identified by a bar in the right-side margins is classified as proprietary because it contains Simplified Boiling Water Reactor (SBWR) test facility results for use in conjunction on SBWR testing. with TRACG qualification analysis results, and scaling information ment by GE and its associates for more than seven years, at a tota tens of millions of dollars.
