Crystal River Unit 3 Docket No. 50-302 Operating License No. DPR-72 NUREG-0737, item II.E.1.1 Reliability Study of Emergency Feedwater System

==Dear Sir:==

In our Jetter to you dated December 18, 1984 (3F1284-13), Florida Power Corporation (FPC) informed you that the revised schedule for submittal af our Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) evaluation of CR-3's Emergency Feedwater
,                  System was November 27,1985. We are in the final stages of completion for this
  .                PRA evaluation.                                                                      ,
FPC understands that the NRC is considering issuing a generic letter addressing the NRC concern on reliability of Emergency Feedwater Systems for PWR's. FPC wishes to review these concerns prior to submitting our evaluation. Therefore, after review of the generic letter, FPC will provide the NRC with a schedule for our emergency feedwater reltability submittal.
Should you have any questions, please contact this office.
L Sincerely, I
