This LER is submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(i).
This supplemental report includes additional deficiencies in the Inservice Testing Program that have been identified as reportable. The sesolution of these additionrJ deficiencies is encompassed by the existing ' commitments for this program.
