Enclosed please find updates to the Control Room Design Review (CRER) reports for the South Texas Project as follows:
(1) Criteria Report    -
12/22/86 Revision (2) Emergency Operating Procedures Validation Report - Initial Submittal These reports provide an update to the status of the STP CRDR programs.
It is expected that this submittal provides sufficient information to close the SER Confirmatory Item regarding the Validation of the Emergency Operating Procedures.
Addenda to update the Human Engineering Deficiency Report and Executive Summary are being prepared for submittal by December 31, 1986.
