FOR THE PUBLIC MEETING BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFF, NUCLEAR ENERGY INSTITUTE, ENTERGY, NEXTERA, AND INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS CONCERNING THE 2021 FORCE-ON-FORCE INSPECTION HARDSHIP CRITERIA On February 3, 2021, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held a public meeting. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the 2021 force-on-force hardship criteria with representatives from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), NextEra, Entergy, and other relevant stakeholders.
