1 The FY 2021 Explanatory Statement identified this control point as the *integrated University Program~ and , consistent with previous fiscal years , included S5.5M for Nuclear Science & Engineering Grant Program. DfVision z of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 replaced the Integrated University Prog ram with the University Nuclear Leadership Program . Consequently, for FY 2021 . this control point consists of both Nuclear Science &

Engineering Grant Program and the University Nuclear Leadership Program.

2 Office of the Commission is part of the Corporate Support control point. The Office of the Commission has been allocated canyover in addition to the $9,S00K of FY 2021 enacted funding. The NRC will obligate no more than a total of $9,500 K in FY 2021 for the Office of the Commission.

3 University Research and Development was part of the Integrated University Progra m control point in previo us fiscal years.

• This is not pa rt of the $35 ,000K of canyover that was autho rized for use by the FY 2021 Explanatory Statement.

5 FY 2020 supplemental appropriation from the *coronavirus Aid , Relief, and Economic Security Acr (CARES Act), P .L. 116-136, enacted March 27, 2020. The supplemental appropriation of

$3 ,300K was fulty obligated in FY 2020.
