This yielded a full scram on low RPV level. Plant re-sponse was per design. No ECCS actu-ated; none were required. Actions to prevent recurrence will be determined pending the ccxnpletion of the analysis of the failed fuse.
7            851030          F      28.4      H      3        85-031      HA      VALVEX    High level in moisture separator drain tank 'B' caused a turbine trip and sub-sequent reactor scram on turbine con-trol valve fast closure. The plant rc-sponded as expected. No E T S actuated; None were required. Investigation de-termined that mechanical failures were not a factor in producing the high drain tank level. Actions to prevent recurrence are still being formulated.

85-025-00 15        851005      F      34          A      3                    EA      RELAYX    A phase to ground fault occurred on the Susquehanna-Alburtis-Wescosville transmission lines due to a lightning strike. Failure of an auxiliary relay, unrelated to the lightning strike, re-sulted in isolation of the Unit 2 generator causing a turbine trip and subsequent reactor scram. The plant responded as designed. No EOCS actu-ations occurred; none were required.
The synchronizing breaker affected by the failed relay was isolated. The re-lay was, repaired and the breaker was returned to service.
