Generic Letter 88-02 The referenced generic letter requested the District to indicate its interest in participating in the NRC'e Integrated Safety Assessment Program II (ISAP II). This letter is in response to that request.
The District is evaluating the potential insights to be gained from performing a Probabalistic Risk Assessment (PRA) for Cooper Nuclear Station.            However, the District must reserve any final decision to conduct a PRA until a thorough review of the pending Individual Planc Evaluation (IPE) is complete.
Consequently, the District is not inter %ted in participating in the ISAP II program.
