| Notice of Supplemental Disclosures Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), pursuant to its continuing disclosure notice under 10 C.F.R. § 2.704(a)(3) and this Boards grant of the parties Joint Motion Regarding Disclosures, 1 is providing notice that it made its supplemental disclosures to the other participants in this proceeding via a Box, a file transfer service. On February 25, 2021, TVA provided to the NRC Staff copies of over 1100 additional records of non-privileged documents, data compilations, and tangible things in the possession, custody or control of TVA that may be relevant to disputed issues alleged with particularity in the pleadings (including the Order). 2 On that same date, TVA also provided its Privilege Log, Redaction Log, and Confidentiality Log via Box, as outlined in TVAs February 18, 2021 Initial Disclosures.
