River Bend Station - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 License No. NPF-47 Eighth Fuel Cycle Core Operating Limits Report (COLR), Revision 0 File Nos.:    G9.5, G9.25.1.5 RBG-44252 RBF1-97-0389 Ladies and Gentlemen:
Enclosed are Revision 2 of the River Bend Station (RBS) Core Operation Lir.iits Report (COLR) for the seventh fuel cycle and the COLR for the eighth fuei cycle. These reports are submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 5.6,5 of Appendix A of the Facility Operating License 14PF-47. The General Electric Supplemental reload licensing submittals are also included.
Revision 2 of the COLR for the seventh cycle documents the conversion to the SAFER /GESTR LOCA ECCS analysis methodology which was implemented at the end of the seventh fuel cycle.
