Dear Mr. Hannah,

I understand the concerns noted in your reply email. I have reviewed your email request and my original position remains as stated in the September 15, 2020, letter. However, I do want to reiterate the following statement from the letter and ensure you aware that a payment plan is available for up to 36 months.

As previously stated, If you are unable to pay the $3,600 with one payment, you may also arrange for a payment plan. As per 10 CFR 15.35(b), Payments, a debtor may arrange an installment plan with the NRC for payment of fees if the debtor is unable to pay the invoice in one lump sum. Please note that currently all installment agreements require the payment of interest at 1 percent annually and an administrative charge of $7.00 per period.

Please contact Carly Nelson-Wilson at 301-415-3479, regarding a payment plan and/or the settlement of invoice number LFB 20-2556.

Thank you, Cherish Johnson, CFO From: Dewayne Hannah <dhannah@cebridge.net>

[External_Sender] RE: Response from the NRC's Chief Financial Officer Hi Ms Hudson:

I request that you reconsider the fee reduction request.

All of our employees are on unemployment and no work is in sight.

We have billed almost nothing since January when the Covid-19 issue began.

Several of our clients are in the natural gas business and pipe line business. This business has shut down.

I have not been able to pay several vendors so the additional money which you request is not available.

Relief is requested .

Regards, Dewayne Hannah From: Hudson, Sharon [1]
