This report was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73 (ri (2) (iv) , 10CFR50. 73 (a) (2 ) (v) (D) and 10CFR50.73 (a) (2) (1) (B) .
This supplement provides an updated status of the long-term corrective actions related to this event. The replacement of the reactor feed discharge valves with an improved design has been scheduled so that one valve will be replaced during the 1994 Refueling Outage. The second pump discharge check valve will be inspected during the 1994 Refueling Outage and replaced during the 1996 Refueling Outage if supported by the inspection findings.
