This inspection beganon January 1,2011. lssuance of this letter closes lnspection Reports 0500027212011501,0500031 112011501, and 05000354/2011501. Inspection activities charged to these reportsinclude conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technicalquestions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and resident baseline inspection. Anyobservations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence.ln accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter, and yourresponse, if any, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC PublicDocument Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC'sAgencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRCWeb site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
