This is in response to your letter dated June 7, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of (1) SECY-85-119, and (2) a letter from NRC to Westinghouse or others, regarding guidance for review and acceptance of spent fuel storage and handling application dated April 14, 1978, and its revision dated January 18, 1979.
SECY-85-119, " Issuance of Proposed Rule on the Important-To-Safety Issue,"
dated April 5,1985, is being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, in file folder F01A-85-420 in your name. I have enclosed a computer printout of 20 documents which fit the descriptions of the documents you requested in category 2 of your request.
These documents are all available in the PDR, and the file location is indicated on each page of the printout.
We are enclosing a notice that provides information on charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
