TMIA'S REQUEST FOR RESCHEDULING OF ORAL ARGUMENT AND FOR FURTHER SPECIFICATION OF ISSUES TMIA hereby requests that the date for oral argument on the appeal of TMIA, scheduled for March 27, 1985, be extended one week, to April 3, 1985, due to scheduling conflicts of both Louise Bradford and Joanne Doroshow, who will be representing TMIA1/ TMIA has obtained the agreement of counsel for both Licensee and the NRC Staff, and understands the Board has no objection regarding this request.

In addition, TMIA respectfully requests that if possible, the Appeal Board provide some guidance to the parties regarding the Board's particular areas of interest for purposes of this argument. In light of the f act that aspects of TMI A's appeal and motion to reopen could raise highly technical questions, and

1. By this motion, TMIA hereby notifies the Secretary to the Appeal Board that Louise Bradford will be responsible for the main presentation at the oral argument on TMI A's behalf, and that Joanne Doroshow will available to assist in answering particular questions.

given TMIA's acknowledged limited expertise in some of these areas, TMIA believes some guidance would be particularly useful in terms of TMIA's own preparation time. We believe this would lead to a much more helpful presentation by TMI A.
