The. purpose of this letter is to request exemption to the applicable provisions of 10 CFR 26; Fitness for Duty Program, and 10 CFR. 73;              Physical ' Protection of Plants and Materials, as'they                    -

L The Beaver Valley Power Station is currently s'c''heduled for a two-week evaluation by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations during October 8              -
