In accordance with the Fort Calhoun Station's Technical Specifi-cations, the Omaha Public Power District, as holder of Facility Operating License DPR-40, submits three copies of Revision 1 to Licensee Event Report 82-003 (regarding Technical Specification 2.6.1.a) to satisfy requirements of Regulatory Cuide 1.16. This revision incorporates the correct event date, which was February 1, 1982 instead of February 3, 1982, as previously reported.            Additionally, Attachment 2 has been revised to completely describe all corrective actions performed.
