DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Upgraded Emergency Plans As outlined in our June 17 letter we advised you of our plan to develop further upgraded Emergency Plans and submit draf ts to you by about August 1, 1980. Th 2 final form of the new Part 50 rules just recently became available to us, so we decided to incorporate the effect of the new rules in our draf ts and hence the slight delay in our submission.
Following regulatory guidance, we are furnishing, for your revicw, 10 copies of new Emergency Plens that we have draf ted to meet applicable rules.
