The " full"/ license for Salem II is still under review. ' f} ,

3ack in April when the Commission voted on the

" limited" license for Salem II I received a phone call from your office informing me.of the vote the next day. -

At that time I inquired abt,ut the caposition to the ll:ense by Lower Alloways Creek and Salem -

County (in addition to our own). I was told the Commission was not aware of any opposition by Lower Alloways CreekLor Salem County.

At this peint has their opposition come to your attention?

'Also, because of FZf.A requirements it is my under-standing something might finally be done about the lack of Ivacuation Pl.ans for communities close to

'the nuclear facilities in Sales County.

I would urge the !!EC to require every 3alem County resident to be knowledgable about whatever plan is' developed. . It is also desirable that the "public" be included in the planning._ .le are currently. in the dark" about what's being done. .le have been

trying to ur6e everyone from the local level right on up the line to get this evacuation plan underway even before-3alem I was licensed but the utility industry was so b tsy ccnvincin; the public it wasn't necessary., nothing was done.
