§ 2.346(a) and (j), I grant the request. The parties may submit initial briefs, not to exceed 30 pages, exclusive of the title page, table of contents, and table of authorities, by Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Thereafter, the parties may file responsive briefs by Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Responsive briefs may not exceed 10 pages.
