By letter dated May 30, 2012, as supplemented by letters dated July 19, 2012, and October 15, 2012, (available in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), Accession Nos. ML12152A233, and ML122021201 and ML12291A508), Aerotest Operations, Inc. (Aerotest) and Nuclear Labyrinth LLC jointly submitted an application requesting NRC consent, pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.80, for the indirect license transfer of the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (ARRR) Facility Operating License No. R-98. The indirect license transfer would occur as a result of the proposed sale of Aerotest by Autoliv ASP, Inc., to Nuclear Labyrinth LLC.
