It is my sincere pleasure to invite you to participate as a speaker at NRC's 281h Regulatory Information Conference (RIC). The RIC will be held on March 8-10, 2016, at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, 5701 Marinelli Road, North Bethesda, MD 20852.

This 3-day annual conference is co-sponsored by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research, and brings together nearly 3,000 participants from over 30 countries representing interested parties from government, industry, international agencies, other interested stakeholders, and members of the public. The RIC provides an open forum for stakeholders to learn, share, and discuss information on significant and timely nuclear regulatory activities, processes, and emergent issues.

We request your participation as a panelist during the session entitled, "Reactor Decommissioning Rulemaking - Path to Regulatory Transparency." The session will give participants an opportunity to discuss topics related to the power reactor decommissioning rulemaking effort. Your presentation will help engage dialogue and stimulate questions and comments from session participants.
