We have located the complete title of the fourth document listed in your request as: "Outer space propulsion by nuclear energy. Hearings before subcommittees of the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy, Congress of the United States, Eighty-fifth Congress, second session."

The hearings were held January 22 - February 6, 1958. The hearings are 232 pages, and was published by the U.S.

Government Printing Office (now the U.S. Government Publishing Office), according to its GPO's Catalog of U.S.
