An NRC Allegation is an issue raised to the NRC by
Investigated by Office of Investigations and Office of Enforcement.
Allegation Review Board
The organization body responsible for reviewing allegations at the NRC. Provides for how allegations are resolved.

Allegations are, generally, non-public information but the NRC website has statistics to show the general numbers associated with each site.
