TSTF-9 was requested and approved because relocating SDM to the COLR is permissible under 10 CFR 50.36 and provides for other regulatory control of these values. The proposed changes in TSTF-420 were inadvertently left out of TSTF-9. The proposed changes in TSTF-420 would modify STS 3.5.6 Required Action B.2. STS 3.5.6 Required Action B.2 would change from Borate to an SDM equivalent to [1%] k/k at 200- F, to Borate to SDM provided in the COLR. We consider this change to be editorial which would make STS 3.5.6 consistent with other STS specifications. | |||
