This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Page Kemp of your staff and Mr.James Reece of this office on April 3, 2006 concerning a Category One public meeting which has been scheduled for April 18, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting notice, which providesadditional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC ReactorOversight Process Annual Assessment of your North Anna facility. During the meeting werecognize that you may have information which you want to present to us or any members of the public in attendance.
