This letter is to inform you that effective July 31, 2006, Mr. Martin C. Murphy was temporarily assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Branch Chief for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Prairie Island). Mr. Murphy assumes all Prairie Island licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Mr. L. Raghavan.
