14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)

The purpose of this modification is to 1) provide incremental funding and 2) update the list of copiers under this GSA delivery order. First, incremental funding in the amount of $187,500.00 will be added to this contract, increasing the NRC obligation from $439,665.28 to $627,165.28. Additionally, the list of copiers covered under this contract will be updated in accordance with attachment 1.

Obligation: 627,165.28 Ceiling: $783,326.40 Period of Performance: October 1, 2007-September 30, 2012 Except as specified herein, all other terms, conditions and pricing remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in fullforce and effect.
