DR-33-06-317TO45 Modification No. 010 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to (1) extend the period of performance from December 31, 2010 to July 1, 2011, and (2) provide incremental funding in the amount of $50,000.00, thereby increasing the obligation amount from $869,335.60 to $919,335.60 Accordingly, the following highlighted changes are hereby made:

3.0 Period of Performance is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

The period of performance of this task order is May 19, 2008 through July 1, 2011.

4.0 FUNDING, paragraph (b) is revised to read as follows:
