By letter dated November 30, 2010, Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) submitted a response to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) letter of August 2, 2010, "Applicability of the Revised 10 CFR 73.55 Rule to the Yankee Atomic Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation," and requested an exemption from specific requirements of 10 CFR 73.55.
