The purpose of this letter is to respond to your letter dated August 1, 2011, in which you requested review and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) endorsement of Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 11-02, "Change Management Plan - Evaluated Force-on-Force Exercises," Revision 1. The staff of the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response and the NRC Regional Offices have reviewed NEI 11-02, Revision 1 and are providing the technical comments within the enclosure for your consideration.
The purpose of this letter is to respond to your letter dated August 1, 2011, in which you requested review and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) endorsement of Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 11-02, Change Management Plan - Evaluated Force-on-Force Exercises, Revision 1. The staff of the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response and the NRC Regional Offices have reviewed NEI 11-02, Revision 1 and are providing the technical comments within the enclosure for your consideration.
In order to retain the unique perspectives of the different commenters, the comments within the enclosure were not consolidated and represent all comments received as they may be useful when considering document modification.
