I told them that if they provided switching orders, Byron could reenergize Bus 11. However, until the location of the problem on Bus 13 was identified and the bus was evaluated as acceptable, Byron would not accept switching orders for Bus 13. TSO agreed. Notified TSO that the Unit 2 SAT MODs were open. However, the location of the issue has not been identified yet.
