Exercise of Option The purpose of this modification is to:

1. Exercise Option Year 2 of the contract, thereby extending the period of performance of the contract by 12months from 09/30/2017 to 09/29/2018. The first sentence of F.1 NRCF030B Period of Performance Alternate of the contract is changed as follows: "This contract shall commence on 09/30/2015 and will expire on 09/29/2018"; and

2. Add Alternate COR to 2052.215-71 Project Authority (OCT 1999) - ALTERNATE II (OCT 1999), Section G.1, 2052.215-71 Project Authority (OCT 1999) - ALTERNATE II (OCT 1999),

paragraph (a), delete in its entirety and replace with the following:
