Enclosed is an application (XSNM3792), dated February 5, 2018, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from the U.S. Department of Energy - Oak Ridge National Laboratory c/o UT-Bettelle, LLC. The application requests the export of 200 grams of uranium enriched to 93.19% in U-235 as solid UaOe.to fabricate a neutron detector in the United Kingdom.Assurances from the EURATOM that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of respective agreements for cooperation, are required.
 
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
