Dear Mr. Stevenson:

I would like to nominate Mr. Paul F. Prescott as the authorized Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) alternate representative on the Committee on Nuclear Certification (CNC), which reports to the Board of Conformity Assessment. Agency representatives participating on standards developing groups will, to the extent possible, ascertain the views of the agency on matters of interest and will express views that are consistent with established agency views.
