Enclosed is a revised application dated February 22, 201 9 , received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from Curtiss-Wright Corporation, for the export of minor reactor components as described in paragraphs (5)  
 
- (11) of Appendix A to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 110 , for installation at the Qinshan 3 Nuclear Power Plant , Unit s 1 and 2, in China. Before taking action on this request, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures and from the overall perspective of the Executive Branch, as to whether the requested export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as ame nded. Please note that the dollar amount on page three of the NRC Form 7 is proprietary information. The NRC will not include this information in the public record and requests that the Executive Branch agencies protect it as well.
