The purposes of this modification are to change the COR from Kristen Lipuma to Terri Cooper, change the Alt. COR to Jenny Cheung, and change the Contracting Officer from Fatima Anthony to Jerry Purcell.

Another modification is forthcoming to extend the completion date so that final deliverables can be completed.
