==SUMMARY==
: The Grand Gulf Nuclear Station annual random testing rate is 50 percent. During this reporting period, approximately 28 percent of the population has been randomly tested. The rate of positive tests from random testing is 0.28 percent.POSITIVE RESULTS: One Pre-Access and one Random urine sample confirmed positive during this reporting period for cocaine and cannabinoid.
In addition one Pre-Access tested positive for alcohol based on breath testing.MANAGEMENT ACTIONS: Unescorted Access was not granted to the individuals that tested positive during Pre-Access testing and Unescorted Access was denied for the individual that tested positive during random testing. In the case where an individual tested positive, unescorted access was revoked, management was notified and the individual's file was annotated to reflect the positive result.Three for-cause tests were conducted during this reporting period. These three tests were based on observed behavior.
None of the for-cause tests resulted in positive test results.Four individuals were in the Follow-up testing process during this reporting period.EVENTS REPORTED TO THE NRC: During this reporting period, there were no violations of the fitness for duty program that were reportable.
