By letter (References 1 and 2), Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) requested an amendment to the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 (ANO-1) Technical Specification (TS) to support the use of poison insert assemblies in the ANO-1 spent fuel pool.On September 11, 2006, your staff requested drawings of the poison insert assemblies.
Attached please find a copy of the proprietary drawings and an affidavit requesting that the drawings be treated as proprietary information.
There are no technical changes proposed.
The original no significant hazards consideration included in Reference 1 is not affected by any information contained in the supplemental letter.
